Autoscriber
AI from Eindhoven that turns a doctor-patient conversation into a draft note for the medical record.
About
Autoscriber listens with consent during a consultation and produces a structured draft note. This lets the caregiver focus more on the patient, but the text must be checked and corrected before it enters the record. Treant made the system more widely available after testing in three medical specialties. A Dutch first study, not yet peer-reviewed, found less typing and fewer errors in the final notes; two authors have ties to Autoscriber.
AI factor
Speech recognition and language models convert the conversation into a medically structured draft. The caregiver remains responsible for what ends up in the record.
